About my practice...
“The first step to getting what you want is having the courage to get rid of what you don't.” - Unknown
I help individuals and couples heal at the root—not just cope at the surface. Addiction, burnout, relationship struggles, anxiety, emotional chaos, shutdown—it all means something. These symptoms are signals, not diagnoses to fear or manage away. They are the body and soul calling out for repair.
My work is clinical, trauma-informed, and deeply relational—but I don’t follow the rules of a system that profits off pathology and burnout. I’m not here to “fix” people. I’m here to hold space for transformation—messy, meaningful, often uncomfortable, and always real. Healing isn’t linear. It’s sacred. And it often begins when we stop trying to be palatable and start telling the truth.
In therapy, I help people uncover the original wounds—family dynamics, relational trauma, attachment ruptures, systemic harm—that shaped how they survive in the world. With couples, I focus on restoring emotional safety, dismantling blame cycles, and guiding both partners back into presence with themselves and each other.
Outside the therapy room, I lead retreats and workshops that invite embodied healing, nervous system recalibration, and spiritual reconnection. These spaces are designed to go deeper than clinical talk—they are rituals of restoration. I also consult with clinicians and organizations that are ready to disrupt the performative, check-the-box version of “trauma-informed care” and build systems rooted in integrity, equity, and humanity.
This work is clinical. It’s rebellious. And it’s spiritual.
Because healing isn’t just about functioning better.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
Who I am…
“We are constantly invited to be who we are.” - Henry David Thoreau
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through the complex realities of trauma, addiction, relational wounds, and identity development. My work is rooted in the belief that sustainable healing happens when we address the why beneath the behavior—not just manage the symptoms.
I’ve worked in a range of clinical settings including outpatient programs, residential treatment centers, and community-based organizations. Over the years, I’ve provided care across the lifespan—from young adults navigating early recovery to couples working to repair trust and connection, to individuals doing the deep work of unlearning generational patterns. My clinical lens is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment theory, somatic awareness, and systems thinking.
In leadership roles, I’ve served as a Clinical Supervisor and Interim Clinical Director, where I led interdisciplinary teams, developed trauma-responsive programming, trained staff in best practices, and supported organizations through burnout, staff turnover, and cultural realignment. I’ve designed clinical curriculum focused on nervous system repair, shame resilience, emotional regulation, and relational healing.
Beyond therapy, I consult with treatment centers, wellness programs, and clinicians who want to do this work with more integrity, depth, and humanity. My consulting includes trauma-informed program development, cultural audits, staff training, and leadership coaching.
I also facilitate retreats and workshops that invite people into spaces of embodied healing, relational growth, and meaningful self-exploration—spaces that go beyond the limitations of traditional talk therapy.
My approach is clinical and relational. I value honesty, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether I’m working with a client, couple, team, or organization, I meet people where they are—while holding a clear, compassionate vision for who they’re capable of becoming.
If you're looking for therapy, consultation, or a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a deeper way, I’d be honored to work with you.
