“Unapologetically Embracing YOU.”

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Connecticut, I provide therapy for adults and couples seeking deeper emotional well-being, healing, and connection. Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, struggling with substance use, carrying shame, or working through relationship challenges, I’m here to support you with grounded, compassionate care. I draw from a variety of healing modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Pia Mellody’s Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), among others. My approach integrates both bottom-up (nervous system and body-based) and top-down (cognitive and insight-oriented) frameworks. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model-healing is layered, personal, and dynamic. At the core, my work is humanistic, culturally responsive, and deeply aware of how systemic stressors shape our emotional world. I believe that each person already carries what they need to heal. Much of the work is about remembering who you are, and learning to meet even the most “unlovable” parts of yourself with compassion, curiosity, and care. To me, there’s no such thing as “wrong” behavior-just behavior that communicates unmet needs, survival patterns, or deep emotional pain. Together, we work to uncover the truth beneath the behavior and move toward wholeness. Whether in therapy, community, or consultation, my goal is to create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported-not just to survive, but to truly thrive.
