About my practice...

“The first step to getting what you want is having the courage to get rid of what you don't.” - Unknown

I am dedicated to helping individuals uncover and heal the underlying pain that often drives addiction, self-destructive patterns, and unproductive ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Through a blend of therapeutic techniques, I work with each person to identify and address the root causes of their struggles, providing a safe and compassionate space for deep healing and transformation.

My approach is centered on empowering individuals to develop a deeper, more authentic relationship with themselves. I believe that true growth comes from understanding and embracing the core issues that hold us back, allowing us to break free from old patterns and step into a life that aligns with our truest selves.

My goal is for you to experience lasting change—not just on the surface, but at the core of who you are—so that you can become the person you were always meant to be.

Who I am…

“We are constantly invited to be who we are.” - Henry David Thoreau

Becoming a therapist was always my dream, but fear and self-doubt held me back for many years. I spent much of my young adulthood masking my pain and trying to numb a false sense of self. I dimmed my light and avoided being seen, instead focusing on managing my family’s Italian restaurant. During this time, I felt disconnected, empty, and alone.

The turning point came when I decided to seek professional help and face my own struggles. Through therapy, I gained confidence and began to truly reconnect with myself. I went back to school and worked at an outpatient facility, where I discovered my true passion for helping others.

I earned my Bachelor's in Social Work, followed by a Master's in Social Work, and have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relational challenges. My life experiences—coupled with my professional training—have allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds around the world, which has deeply informed my approach and enabled me to offer culturally sensitive, globally aware therapy.

My work is focused on empowering clients to rediscover their authentic selves, break through limiting beliefs, and approach life with renewed enthusiasm. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I integrate a range of therapeutic methodologies tailored to each person’s unique needs. My international experiences have also given me the ability to work with clients who are navigating cross-cultural issues, adapting to new environments, or managing the complexities of multicultural relationships.

I believe that everyone has the potential to live the life they’ve always dreamed of, and I’m honored to be a part of that transformative process. Passionate about both my work and personal growth, I continue to seek out new opportunities to improve myself, expand my knowledge, and embrace new experiences. I am committed to providing my clients with a safe, supportive space to explore their true selves and create meaningful change in their lives.
